The Fire Extinguisher

This is movie about the functioning of carbon dioxide fire extinguishers.
If oxygen is removed by a gas that isn't combustive then the combustion reaction comes to an end.

The video is slow to begin with, but stick with it, or skip to the end. It's a really simple experiment that scientifically illustrate the practical theory behind a Carbon Dioxide Fire Extinguisher. It's good viewing and great practical for the classroom!
